	File

●	Open Continue from a saved data file.
●	Save Game can be saved during play. Enter your name the first time you save the game. During Network play the server player can only save the game in the latest month if no management commands have been made. Client players can not save the game.
●	Save As Save as a new file by creating another name during play. During Network play the server player can only save the game in the latest month if no management commands have been made. Client players can not save the game.
●	Recent Files Open and continue from a recent file.
●	Exit BOOMING

Display Acquired Real Estate

Land and buildings you own will blink.
You can not select land and buildings in areas you do not own.

Click while pressing the "Shift" key to display "Real Estate Portfolio".

Real Estate Portfolio

Click on the list to blink applicable property.
Click on each column heading to change display order from lowest to highest or highest to lowest.

Name
	Display name of finished buildings or land being built on.
Price
	Average real estate prices.
Sales
	Annual sales for completed buildings.
Profit
	Annual profit for completed buildings.
Life Span
	Building life span.

Partial Map Display
Show or hide particular items on the map.

Click on "Topography Only" to see the topography without any buildings. Slide the bar to see different cross sections.

Click "Exit" to return to normal view.

Map Size
Zoom in and zoom out.

Can choose from the following display ratios.

75%
100%
125%
150%
200%

*Initial setting is at 100%.

Rotate the map from different view points.

Network Window
Turn on and off Network Window display.
Adjustments can be made during Network Play.

Adjust settings during the game.

Background Map Color
	Click on the color area to change gradation color. The left is the map gradation window top color while the right is the gradation window bottom color.
Waiting Time
	Change message waiting time.
Display confirmation message upon director's activity completion.
	Check to have a confirmation message display after directors finishes task. *Initial settings have this confirmation message set to display.
BGM
	During the game BGM will play music as a MIDI file. Check "Game Underway" to have BGM play during the game. Check "Evaluating Companies" to have BGM play during company evaluation. Click on Music file name "Select File Name"(BGM) to open window settings for "BGM File". BGM file name is only found in the folder containing the "booming.exe" program file. You must put the BGM file in this folder to play a BGM as a MIDI file. "Start" - "Evaluation Complete C" drop down list, select BGM file number.
Sounds Effects
	Sounds effects during the game are played in Wave (.wav) format. To set the file name click on "Select File Name"(Sound Effects) to display the "Sound Effect File" window. The Wave file name is only found in the folder containing the "booming.exe*" program file. You must put the Wave file in this folder.

	End Operations

End company management decisions.

Directors start performing assigned tasks.
