Appoint a director to invest in an area on the map.

You must have an inactive director to perform this task.

Investment time and return depends on a director's "Directing", "Analysis", "Negotiation", and "Advertising" skills.

The following can be investment options.

	City Project
	Creating easier environments to build public facilities.
	Disaster Prevention
	Preventing, reducing, and shortening the time to control disasters.
	Expo Promotion
	Bring Expos to your city.
	Governor Donations
	Strengthen the governor's campaign and build good relations. The maximum legal donation amount is 50.

Procedure

(1)	Select investment options and amount.
(2)	Select investing director. If only one director is inactive proceed to (3).
(3)	Confirm selection. Click "OK".
